With the enhanced community quarantine in effect, some riders have resorted to some very interesting ways to stave off boredom. Some of which involve simulated riding, by practicing their position while watching a POV video.

Thankfully, we just found the POV video to rule them all — a 360-degree video of Marc Marquez riding the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP around the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

The video shows Marquez on a factory stock Fireblade SP with the track all to himself. Thanks to an attached 360-degree camera, you can control the video feed throughout the lap and can point it at the track, the instrument cluster, or even Marquez himself at any point during the ride.

We’ve seen countless videos of amateurs showing off what they’re capable of. Of course, it absolutely does not to compare to a pro on a closed course with years of racing experience. Watch the video as many times as you like and take advantage of all the angles to learn about shift points, throttle usage, or anything else about Marquez’s balls-out riding technique.
