Suzuki introduces the V-Strom 800 Sport Adventure Tourer

The V-Strom 800 gets a tourer version

Back in January of this year, Suzuki introduced the all-new V-Strom 800 DE. All new from the ground up, the new V-Strom is equipped with advanced features at an affordable price point with its new 776cc parallel-twin powerplant, TFT display, Bi-directional Quick Shifter, and modern inverted suspension.

Now, Suzuki has updated the 800 DE with a tourer version.

What’s new

Suzuki announced that sales of the new V-Strom 800 Sport Adventure Tourer will commence globally within this month, but its arrival here in the country is yet to be announced by Suzuki Philippines.

Aside from the equipment mentioned above and Suzuki Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), the new V-Strom 800 Sport Adventure Tourer will also boast 19-inch cast wheel and radial-mount brake calipers on the front brake, and tubeless tires on both front and rear are adapted to best suit the driving performance on paved roads.

It is also equipped with a height-adjustable windscreen that contributes to ease fatigue in long-distance riding, and a large 20L capacity fuel tank suited for long-distance touring. Comfortability is enhanced with a riding position engineered exclusively for the V-Strom 800.
