Wheeltek is one of the major sponsors for this year’s BOSS IMC

For the first time in two years, motorcycle-related events are again in full swing. This follows the government’s relaxation of travel and social gathering protocols. Now, motorcycle enthusiasts are very excited to welcome this year’s edition of the BOSS Ironman Motorcycle Challenge (IMC).

One of the biggest multi-brand motorcycle dealers here in the country, Wheeltek, is proud to be part of this momentous event as one of their major sponsors – ensuring that such an event aimed at motorcycle enthusiasts will continue to flourish and become bigger in the future.

With a reported turnout of more than 1,500 registered participants, this year’s BOSS IMC is perhaps the biggest in its 16 years of existence, with all riders eager to challenge themselves in conquering 1,200 kilometers of beautiful northern Philippine roads onboard their big bikes, as well as cars and SUVs.

Though currently, Wheeltek doesn’t carry the BMW brand – which is the motorcycle of choice by BOSS’ members – it is always the rider that they look at and not the brand or type of motorcycle that one rides. “It’s the rider that comes first, not the brand,” said Bobby Orbe, General Manager for Wheeltek Big Bikes Division.

To make this year’s BOSS IMC more exciting, two brand new motorcycles are up for grabs during the raffle draw at the finisher’s awarding ceremonies on Sunday, March 27, 2022. A brand new KLX 150L for off-roading and a brand new, expressway-legal KTM 390 Adventure will be given away to lucky participants.
