The Land Transportation Office – National Capital Region West (LTO – NCR West) has announced that they will be temporarily suspending the free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC), as well Practical Driving Course at their office starting today, March 18, 2021.
LTO – NCR West, through their official social media page, said that they are temporarily suspending giving out the free driving courses due to the recent spike in the number of COVID-19 cases.
At the moment, applicants who are required to undergo these driving courses can instead visit LTO – NCR West Regional Office, LTO Pasay, and LTO Las Piñas.
