Africa Twin-based sport-tourer coming

Earlier this year, rumors have circulated that Honda is developing a new sport-tourer which will be based on the CRF1100L Africa Twin. A few months later, in August, the rumors were confirmed as Honda filed patents for the upcoming bike. Now, it's just a matter of time before the company officially unveils the new sport-tourer.

To get riders excited, Honda teased the upcoming model through a video. While we were just given a glimpse of the upcoming bike through some of the close-up shots and some wide-angle shots, it's clear that it's definitely the NT1100.

For now, the 2022 NT1100 is set to be unveiled for the European market this coming October 21, 2021, with the rest of the world following soon. The price has yet to be determined.
