There’s a new scooter in town and it wants to take on Honda’s ADV160 – the Bristol ADX/ADS160. Introductory price starts at PHP 138,000.00.
New adventure-inspired scooter
This new Bristol scooter is envisioned to be the “little brother” to the expressway-legal Maxie 400. It is powered by a liquid-cooled, 155.6cc single-cylinder engine that is capable of producing 13.5 PS of power and 14 Nm of torque.
Other features include front ABS, a massive (for a scooter) 11-liter fuel tank, full-LED lighting, a TFT screen, a USB port, and a keyless ignition system. There are two variants: the ADS160, which is equipped with alloy wheels and traditional forks, will be sold at an introductory price of PHP 138,000.00. The ADX160, on the other hand, is equipped with tubeless spoked wheels and upside-down forks and will be sold at an introductory price of PHP 158,000.00.
The ADX160 will be available in red and black, while the ADS160 will be available in gray and white color schemes.
