Would you buy this eyeglasses that work like a smartphone? image

At the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES) happening in Las Vegas on Tuesday, January 7 (January 8 Manila), Bosch is set to unveil their Smartglass Light Drive eyeglasses that in a nutshell, works like a smartphone – making hands-free features really and truly hands-free.

This all-in-one smartglasses system delivers a highly intuitive user experience as a convenient display extension, providing an alternative to smartphone or smartwatch screen checking. That being said, imagine navigating using Waze or Google Maps but the information is conveniently placed at the corner of your eyeglasses, much like how a heads up display or HUD in computer games work and completely eliminating the need to look away from the road while driving or riding.

Once it becomes available, motorcycle riders could be the best beneficiaries of this technology as we are the ones who can't afford to take our attention off the road even just of a second. Availability and pricing are still unavailable as of this writing.
