New motorcycles damaged in truck accident in Calamba, Laguna

There's a huge vehicular accident in barangay Turbina, Calamba City today that involved two trailer trucks. This incident has effectively closed part of the Manila South Road. All vehicles are advised to avoid the area until further notice.

One of the trailer trucks was carrying dozens of motorcycles. The contents appear to be Honda Click scooters and CRF 150 dual sport motorcycles. According to one of our sources, the truck was on its way to deliver the motorcycles to a warehouse after picking them up from the Honda manufacturing facility near Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Both the driver and his passenger were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. Please avoid the area for now to avoid getting stuck in traffic.
