Drivers with expiring licenses in December have until February 2022 to renew
The time frame to register plates ending in 5, 6, and 7 has been extended by the LTO.
LTO extends the window to renew without penalty any vehicle registration, student permits, or driver’s licenses that had expired during the recent ECQ.
Vehicle registration expiring in June and July (ending in 6 and 7) are given a 2-months extension by the LTO.
LTO grants licenses and permits that expired during MECQ an extension of validity up to September 30.
If your plate ends in 5, your registration validity and window for renewal is extended until August 30, 2021.
