Chellengers ready for Cagayan de Oro Finale

After a phenomenal run through Davao and Cagayan De Oro, the Yamaha Sight Safe Run headed to Zamboanga for its third leg.

20 participants gathered at Yamaha Revzone Zamboanga on early on November 11 for the start of the challenged. The 108-km route entailed a 46-km ride to Petron Curuan, then a 62-km trip to Triple N Gas. The group then doubled back toward Yamaha Revzone Zamboanga to conclude the challenge at Petron Veterans Avenue.

The entire 216-km challenge took 5 hours and 30 minutes to traverse, with competitors extracting the most efficiency out of their Yamaha Sights.

Among the 20 challengers, Joenmar Abendan, had achieved the highest fuel efficiency figures. He, along with the top 5 riders of this leg qualify for the finals in Cagayan De Oro on November 18. Here, finalists from the previous leg will attempt to best the Sight's previous record of 99-km/L. The Yamaha Sight Safe Run Grand Finals will be shown live on the Yamaha Motor Philippines Facebook page at 9:00 a.m.
