Max family now complete with middle variant

Yamaha Motor Philippines completes its Max series lineup in the Philippines with the launch of the newest addition to the family, the Xmax.

The Xmax is positioned comfortably between the Tmax which boasts of dynamic styling, a lightweight frame, together with electronic control tech; and the Nmax which pioneered features in the 150cc class.

Yamaha launches the Xmax 300

The Xmax features the signature dynamic looks and premium finish of the Max family. It is powered by a 300cc liquid-cooled Blue Core engine, built with optimized valve shapes, a compact combustion chamber and idealized timing that reduces power loss and increases efficiency.

Built into the Xmax is a Traction Control System that enables smooth starting from a stopped position and sharp acceleration on a variety of road surfaces by preventing the rear tire from losing traction. Reigning that power in is the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) which returns maximum braking control while preventing the tires from locking up.

For convenience the Xmax comes with a Smart Key feature which is a keyless ignition system that also unlocks the seat, fuel tank, and compartment with just a press of a button. Full Led lighting with Daytime Running Light (DRL) on both front and rear lights use less electrical power. Trip info is displayed on the multi-functional speedometer. There’s also an electric power socket, and extra-large underseat storage that has enough space for 2 full face helmets. The Xmax can be configured to suit any rider with its adjustable windshield and handle bar.

The Xmax is now available in nationwide in all Yamaha 3S shops and Multi-brand stores. It comes in Bronze and Matte Gray with an SRP of Php 249,000.
