Wheeltek announces new racing teams for this year’s Pirelli Cup

Wheeltek Group of Companies, the largest motorcycle brand dealership in the Philippines, is geared up to ignite the thrill and excitement at the National Motorcycle Racing Championship (MoRAC) in 2023. This year, Wheeltek is throwing its full support behind the aspiring new and young riders who are vying for the coveted Pirelli Cup title.

With a firm commitment to the racing community, Wheeltek is proud to present not just one, but two racing teams for the current Pirelli Cup.

The two teams that will represent Wheeltek will be the Wheeltek-Kawasaki Racing Team (WKRT) and the Wheeltek-Yamaha Racing Team (WYRT). Both teams will be powered by Zero2Podium Riding School with former racer himself, Joey Rivero at the helm.

Back on May 26, 2023, a simple ceremony was held at Wheeltek’s head office in Makati to formally sign in Rocky Francisco, who will be riding a Kawasaki ZX-6R, and Marc Marmol, who will be riding a Kawasaki Ninja 400 for the Pirelli Cup.

Riders Alek Espanillo, Christwill Villanueva, Gracie Reyes and Moses Reyes will be riding under the WYRT flag.
