Inspired by the design of a stealth aircraft, the TVS NTorq 125 Race XP embodies a sharp, aggressive style with a signature headlamp and LED tail lamps. It wears the badge of its racing pedigree with a race-inspired livery. The sporty red wheels of the scooter further add to its stylish appeal.

Engine

The new TVS NTorq 125 Race XP boasts a single-cylinder 125cc engine equipped with a Race Tuned Fuel Injection (RT-Fi) system that churns out 10.2 Ps of power and 10.8 Nm of torque. According to TVS, the NTorq is the most powerful 125cc scooter available in its market segment.

Tech-loaded

Perhaps, what sets it apart from its competitors is the addition of technology commonly found on bigger displacement motorcycles. For example, it has 2 riding modes: Race and Street.

On Street mode, the NTorq delivers power smoothly, which is perfect for city cruising. Race mode, on the other hand, gives the rider a sharper throttle response for more aggressive riding, especially on straight highways.

The most prominent feature of the new NTorq is the inclusion of Bluetooth connectivity through TVS SmartXconnect, which allows the rider to control functions such as changing riding modes, navigation, console brightness and many more. TVS SmartXonnect also has a voice assist feature – also a first in this segment – and riders can now control several settings through voice interaction while they are on the road.

Availability

The new NTorq 125 Race XP is now available in India and comes in a tri-tone color scheme. SRP is IDR 83,275 (roughly PhP 56,400, taxes and duties not included).

Do you think this would be a hit if offered in the Philippines?
