Royal Enfield offers new colors for 2021 Himalayan

Adventure riders have new reason to look into the Royal Enfield Himalayan as the brand launches new colors for the 2021 model year.

At the time of its launch some years ago, the Himalayan was unique in the lightweight adventure bike segment, allowing it to quickly gain market share while its bigger competitors focused on larger adventure bike sizes. Now it finds itself the having to fend off competition from more established players like KTM and BMW with their entries into this surprising lucrative niche.

Nonetheless, the Himalayan has already reaped the benefits of tapping the segment early, awarded “Best Adventure Touring Motorcycle - 2018 by the C! Magazine, and and Motorcycle of the Year, 2017 Best Adventure / Dual Sport” by the Car Awards Group.

The Himalayan is powered by a 411cc air-cooled SOHC engine. It produces 24.5 horsepower and 32 Nm of torque. Besides the new colors, the Himalayan, one of its top-selling models, is now also Euro-4 compliant. ABS is fitted as standard.

Royal Enfield still offers the current colors, Snow White and Granite Black. In addition, it is adding four new colors which include the camouflage Sleet Grey and Gravel Grey with a satin finish, and dual-tone colors, Lake Blue and Rock Red.

Best of all, the Himalayan is now at a more accessible price point of PhP 304,000.
