With heritage stretching back two centuries, few motorcycles marques have as storied a history as Royal Enfield. Renowned for making small arms and supplying motorcycles to the British military, it's no surprise the manufacturer has taken on the slogan, “made like a gun,” to advertise their motorcycles' reliability.
Though already offered in the market for some years by its distributor, Hardcore Brothers Custom Motorcycled, Inc., Royal Enfield finally has its own home with the recent opening of its flagship showroom and apparel store last June 25.
The showroom features displays of the Bullet, Classic (both available in 300cc and 500cc), as well as the the Rumbler 500cc and Continental GT 535cc Café Racer.
Besides the motorcycles, the showroom also offers a wide array of apparel and accessories, including its new line inspired by Despatch riders, for current and aspiring owners.
Present at the event was Arun Gopal, head for international business of Royal Enfield. The event also saw the attendance of several cruiser motorcycle clubs and groups, some with their own Royal Enfield motorcycles to celebrate the momentous occasion.
Royal Enfield Makati is located at 7462 Bagtikan St. San Antonio Village and it is open from Monday to Saturday at 10 am to 7 pm.
