Faster travel to and from the Metro

Good news for riders of 400cc and up motorcycles, the elevated NLEX-Harbor Link will be opening next Tuesday, February 26. This 5.65 kilometer, 9-billion peso project will bypass Cloverleaf in Balintawak and Bonifacio Avenue in Manila, cutting the current 1-hour or more motorcycle travel time from NLEX to Pasay and Cavite in as little as 20-30 minutes. Featured as one of the 'big ticket' projectes of the Build, Build, Build program of the Duterte Administration, the NLEX-Harbor Link Segment 10 can accommodate 30,000 vehicles and will ease the flow of cargo to and from the Port of Manila.

Following the opening of the NLEX-Harbor Link is the partial opening of the new Caloocan Interchange which will serve as the fourth gateway of NLEX to Metro Manila, after Balintawak, Mindanao Avenue, and Karuhatan. The new Caloocan Interchange serves as the point where the NLEX Harbor Link Segment 10, the C3-R-10 section, and the NLEX Connector will converge. This junction is located along the PNR tracks in 5th Avenue/C3 Road in Caloocan City.
