The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will lead a simulation exercise of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games opening ceremony on Thursday, November 14, along Edsa and other major roads.
As such, convoys will be coming from various hotels within the metropolis and other parts of Southern Luzon, Metro Manila, Clark, and Subic. The yellow lane on Edsa will be utilized by the convoys going to the Philippine Arena, the venue of the opening ceremony of SEA Games 2019. A stop-and-go traffic scheme will also be implemented during the dry run.
From 1 PM to 4 PM, avoid these thoroughfares as traffic will be stopped for the SEA Games delegates' convoys as they pass through EDSA, Taft Avenue, Macapagal Boulevard, Quirino Avenue, Mindanao Avenue, North Avenue, Roxas Boulevard, NLEx, and SLEx.
SEA Games opening ceremonies will be held at the Philippine Arena on November 30, Saturday.
