New LTO Tanauan DO open to serve Batangueños

Motorists in the City of Tanauan, Batangas, and nearby areas will no longer have to travel to Lipa or Alaminos (Laguna) to transact with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) as the agency opened its new Tanauan District Office (DO) today, September 19, 2022.

Located in Barangay Darasa, Tanauan City, motorists who need to apply for student permits, new licenses, and renewal of driver’s licenses can transact with the newly-opened LTO DO.

In the near future, the LTO says, the Tanauan DO will become a one-stop-shop for clients and should be catering to vehicle registration renewals, LTO medical, driving school, insurance, and emission testing.
