LTO extends validity of licenses, registration

Plate numbers ending in 0 valid until December

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has issued a new memo extending the validity of vehicular registration until December 31, 2021, for those with plate numbers ending in 0. On the other hand, motorcycles still without number plates, but have a registration date of October, will have the same December 31, 2021 extension.

The validity of driver's licenses, as well as student permits and conductor’s licenses, which will likewise expire in the month of October, will be extended until December 31, 2021.
