LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office Estancia is now open

New Estancia Mall LTO DLRO opens to Pasig and Mandaluyong motorists

The global pandemic has brought a lot of challenges, one of them is transacting with government agencies like the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

Due to health protocols, some LTO offices have to shut their operations for a few days, while some, can accommodate only up to a certain number of transactions per day. This means long lines and hours in the queue at LTO district and satellite offices.

Thanks to the reforms that were spearheaded by LTO chief, Edgar Galvante, more LTO offices have been opened than in the past decades, and a lot of them were opened at places that are convenient to the public.

Yesterday, the newest LTO Driver’s License Renewal Office (DLRO) was inaugurated inside Estancia Mall, in Pasig City. It was graced by no less than Asec. Galvante himself, and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure, Mark Steven Pastor.

“The convenience and the comfort being offered by the mall is really something that the LTO is wanting to achieve. The ordinary offices of the LTO [unfortunately] are not this convenient and comfortable, that’s why we always welcome offers of extending their resources and facilities to make the processes of LTO more convenient,” said Asec. Galvante.

The new LTO DLRO Estancia is located on the 4^th floor, East Wing, Estancia Mall Pasig, and is complete with an accredited driving school and medical clinic. The new LTO DLRO is open from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
