Blueprint of upcoming baby Suzuki V-Strom leaked

Yamaha and Honda have been quite adventurous with their models, launching small displacement versions of popular big bikes like the Honda ADV150 and Yamaha XSR155. We’ve even heard Yamaha is planning a Tracer 125. Soon, Suzuki, may join them. Or rather, its Chinese partner, Haojue. The new motorcycle is an adventuer touring model, just like the Tracer 125.

Naturally, Suzuki’s new model will be a smaller version of its adventure bike, the V-Strom. It’s pretty obvious with the stacked headlights, high front beak, handlebar guards, and even protection unde the engine.

Suzuki also hopes to get a leg up on the competition with its larger 162cc liquid-cooled single cylinder engine that reportedly produces 15 PS and 14 Nm of torque.

It certainly looks a lot like a V-Strom and it coud definitely bring the fight to Honda’s ADV150 and Yamaha’s smaller Tracer. Even if Suzuki doesn’t decide to offer it locally, there’s still a chance we could see it on our shores carryng a Haojue badge.
