KTM Philippines has confirmed that the 390 Adventure will indeed be offered locally by the Second Quarter of 2020. This was learned when Adventure Cycle Philippines (ACPI), more commonly known as KTM Philippines, recently hosted the 2020 Touratech Travel Event that happened at the beautiful Unisan Sands, situated in the Bondoc Peninsula, Quezon.

Dubbed as the Orange Adventure Rally, the event is not only a great bonding experience for participants but also tested their navigational skills, with the destination itself only revealed on the day of the event via GPS coordinates only.

During the event, MotoPinas.com had the pleasure of chit-chatting with our friends from ACPI. We grabbed that opportunity to raise the million-peso question: Is the 390 Adventure coming to the Philippines?

Manu Sandejas, Retail Operations Manager of ACPI, happily indulged us and answered, "We're working on 2nd quarter, 2020”. That means the 390 Adventure could be locally available any time between April and June this year.

Currently, Ayala Corp's KTM Asia Manufacturing Inc. (KAMMI) in Laguna has been manufacturing some of KTM's entry-level bikes like the 200 and 390 Dukes and RC models for domestic and export markets. Since the 390 Adventure shares many of the current Duke and RC 390 components, KAMMI's Laguna facility may just have to do very few adjustments to produce the 390 Adventure. Pricing has yet to be announced as of this writing.
