Honda PH is perhaps the last among the “Big 4” to roll out their big bikes, as well as their off-road models here in the country. But, better late than never because soon, these new 150cc, 250cc and 450cc off-road leisure/competition bikes will be available in select Honda dealers nationwide.
CRF 150R
The CRF 150R is not the same as the road-biased CRF 150L. The “R”, is powered by a liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 4-valve uni-cam 149.7cc single-cylinder engine with a twin sump lubrication system. The engine is paired with a 5-speed transmission.
Other features include Showa inverted forks, Pro-link suspension, and front and rear disc brakes. SRP is PHP 306,000 and deliveries start in March 2023.
CRF 250R and CRF 450R
These bikes are not the street-legal version “L”. Both bikes feature a liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with an electric starter. The difference lies in the displacement (250cc and 450cc) and camshafts with the 250R featuring DOHC while the 450R features a 4-valve uni-cam design.
Both bikes also enjoy Showa front forks, Pro-link suspension, riding modes, and launch control.
The SRP for the CRF 250R is PHP 459,000 while the CRF 450R will be sold at PHP 500,000. Deliveries will start in April 2023.
All bikes are NON-STREET LEGAL and are for off-road/competition use only.
