Wheeltek Harley-Davidson of Cavite hints PH arrival in April

A few weeks ago, Harley-Davidson finally debuted their first-ever adventure bike – the Pan America 1250. So the next question is, when will it arrive in the Philippines? The answer: possibly in April of this year.

Wheeltek Harley-Davidson of Cavite, has confirmed that the Pan America will arrive this April. There will be an official launch, also in the same month.

“The Pan America will arrive in April,” said Bobby Orbe, general manager, Wheeltek Big Bikes Division, parent company of Wheeltek Harley-Davidson of Cavite.

If all goes well, we might be seeing the Pan America 1250 (base) and Pan America 1250 Special on our roads by the second half of this year. Unfortunately, the Philippine price has yet to be announced.

The Pan America is Harley-Davidson’s first foray into the adventure bike segment, which is dominated by BMW’s R 1250 GS Adventure.

Apart from top shelf adventure-riding related electronics and features, the Pan America 1250 also boasts of industry-first Adaptive Ride Height Control (ARHC) which adjusts the Pan America’s height to as much as 2-inches lower when fully stopped. It can also return back to its standard ride height when moving again.
