Land Transportation Office (LTO) Assistant Secretary, Edgar Galvante, together with Senator, Ralph Recto, led the inauguration of the new, bigger, and better Lipa District Office located at Brgy. Marawoy, Lipa, Batangas on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
Through the efforts of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) under the leadership of Secretary, Arthur Tugade, with the support of Sen. Recto, a new three-story building was built and can handle up to 800 clients daily, according to the LTO.
The new LTO Lipa District Office boasts a centralized air-conditioning system, a bigger records section, a bigger computerized examination facility, and a driving test area. In his speech, Asec. Galvante reminded the LTO personnel to always serve the people with their best reflecting the beauty of this newly-inaugurated LTO building.
“We need to reflect the beauty of this new building by providing our clients with beautiful service that goes above and beyond their expectations,” said Asec. Galvante in Filipino.
The new LTO Lipa District Office was constructed to give better service not only to clients from Lipa but also to serve those coming from Malvar, Balete, Santo Tomas, San Jose, Cuenca.
