Bristol Motorcycles donates brand new motorcycles to Fire Department

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) has recently received two brand new units of Bristol Assassin 400 to aid them in their rapid response efforts to accidents and other emergencies.

The Bristol Assassin 400 is a lightweight, twin-cylinder 400cc motorcycle that is claimed to be capable of producing 39 Ps of power and 28.5 Nm of torque. The Assassin 400 is fully expressways legal.

According to Bristol Motorcycles, the two motorcycles that were turned over to BFP were modified to accommodate the Fire Department’s requirements. For example, the bikes were fitted with portable oxygen tanks, fire extinguishers, sirens, crash guards and top boxes where emergency and first aid equipment can be stored.

In attendance were Regional Director CSUPT Nahum B. Tarroza, SSUPT Douglas M. Guiyab, and SSUPT Rodrigo N. Reyes. Representing the Bristol Group were Mr. Anthony Chua, President, accompanied by his wife Mrs. Charity Chua, as well as Mr. Jose Maria Antonio D. Verzosa, Business Development Manager.
