There is a new big bike coming to town – the Benelli TNT600i – and it’s naked. The price: PhP438,000 only. Last April, we reported that Benelli took off the wraps of the TNT135’s bigger brother, the 2020-2021 TNT600i in China. Now, the TNT600i is officially available here in the Philippines through Benelli dealerships.
For starters, the 2020 TNT600i is powered by an inline four-cylinder, four-stroke, water-cooled engine that produces a claimed 80 bhp of power at 11,000 rpm and 55 Nm of torque at 8,500 rpm.
The TNT600i’s 15-liter fuel tank sits on a trellis frame, while the front is equipped with an upside-down fork and the rear with a preload-adjustable mono-shock absorber. It’s brought to a stop with twin 320mm discs in front with 260 mm disc in the rear. It rides on 17 inch wheels with 120 mm tires in front and 180 mm tires in the rear from Pirelli. Its seat height is 800 mm while it tips the scales at 223 kg.
For the 2020-2021 model, the TNT600i is also equipped with full-LED lighting, as well as a full-color TFT LCD screen.
While the TNT600i is no stranger to select European markets. However, it is pretty new to most of the Asian markets, particularly here in the Philippines. Benelli Philippines is also offering the new TNT600i via financing, with introductory low-down payment and monthly installment schemes.
