2024 BIMC x MOTUL officially part of PMT

It’s official: this year’s BOSS Ironman Motorcycle Challenge (BIMC) is now part of the Department of Tourism and the Tourism Promotions Board’s Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT) program.

As the name implies, PMT is a program promoting all the beautiful places our country has to offer through domestic motorcycle tourism.

“I’m very happy because there are a lot of innovations and developments that have been introduced for this year’s BOSS Ironman Motorcycle Challenge, concentrating and emphasizing discipline and safety. We are also happy that BIMC is now officially a part of the Philippine Motorcycle Tourism,” said Senator JV Ejercito, who himself is a motorcycle enthusiast and is one of the key figures of PMT.

For the BIMC Luzon leg, the start and finish will be held at Subic International Airport. From there, participants will traverse the national highway to Alaminos and Lingayen in Pangasinan; Bacnotan, La Union, Vigan in Ilocos Sur; Sanchez Mira and Tuguegarao in Cagayan, Echague in Isabela, Dipaculao in Aurora and finally in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija before heading back to Subic.

With an expected 2,000 plus participants and their families and friends, the BIMC will help boost local businesses in the towns and cities along the route.
